Booking & Refund Policy (MODAK TOUR Policy)
Deposit
- USD 100 per person (minimum amount)
- The deposit is used for accommodation, restaurant reservations, and tour preparation. Non-refundable after payment.
- The remaining balance can be paid before departure or upon arrival in Mongolia, by cash or transfer at your convenience.
Tour Refund Policy

- Vehicle, accommodation, and itinerary are confirmed after the deposit is received.
- In case of itinerary changes due to weather or local conditions, safety is the top priority.
- Cancellation or change requests must be submitted via KakaoTalk or email.

MODAK TOUR puts the safety and comfort of all travelers first. Please read and follow the guidelines below.
Transportation & Personal Belongings
- Always wear your seatbelt in the vehicle and do not stand up while driving.
- Keep your phone, cash, and valuables on your person at all times. Do not leave them in accommodations or restaurants.
Itinerary & Safety Information
- The itinerary (accommodations, order) may be adjusted due to natural disasters, bad weather, or local conditions.
- Accidents caused by not following the guide's instructions may be difficult for the travel agency to assist with.
Experience Activity Precautions
- During horse or camel rides, please refrain from startling the animals (standing behind them, shouting, changing clothes, using selfie sticks, etc.).
- Always hold the handle firmly and follow the handler's instructions during activities.
- Participants will be fully briefed on accident risks and must sign a consent form before joining activities.
Insurance & Compensation
- MODAK TOUR manages safety with affiliated travel insurance providers and can offer support within certain limits in case of accidents or injuries caused by negligence during travel.
- However, accidents caused by the traveler's personal negligence (safety rule violations, unauthorized actions, etc.) are not eligible for compensation.
- We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance covering experience activities such as horse riding and camel riding.
- Children aged 6 and under receive a 50% discount on the adult fare.
